§ 141.11 CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER.
   (A)   Authority to act. This chapter shall not be construed to limit the City's authority to act under its Building Code or Property Maintenance Code.
   (B)   Imposition of administrative fines or penalties. The chapter shall not be construed to limit the City from imposing administrative fines or any other penalties afforded within the City Code.
