§ 138.12 CARRYING OR DISCHARGING ON PUBLIC STREETS.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to carry any air rifle on the public streets, roads, highways, or public lands within this city, unless the person carries the rifle unloaded.

(B) It is unlawful for any person to discharge any air rifle within the city, except as may be provided in § 138.13(B).
