(A) It shall be unlawful for any licensee to operate or have any patrons present on the premises except during the following described days and hours (all times being local Danville time):
(1) Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight;
(2) Friday and Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any licensee to operate or have any patrons present on the premises at any time on Sunday after 1:00 a.m.
