§ 124.05 BONDREQUIRED.
   No license to carry on the business of a pawnbroker, under the provisions of the preceding section, shall be issued, until the applicant therefor shall give bond in the penal sum of $1,000, with at least one good and sufficient resident surety, conditioned upon the licensee complying with all of the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the city relative to his business, and for the prompt payment of all money due to any person, and the delivery of all goods to the persons entitled thereto, and to pay all persons all damages that they may sustain, either to person, property, or means of support, by reason of the person being injured by the negligent operation of the business by the licensee.
