§ 124.02 PAWNBROKER'SLICENSEREQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to carry on the business of a pawnbroker within the limits of the city without obtaining a license therefor. Such license shall be issued by the Mayor and countersigned by the City Clerk.
   (B)   The fee for a pawnbroker's license shall be $50.
   (C)   Each license issued hereunder shall be valid for one year, commencing on May 1. Applications for renewals shall be made no less than 15 days prior to the expiration of the license.
