§ 122.11 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)    The following acts are prohibited on board a city transit vehicle. Any violation of this section shall be cause to immediately eject the violator from the vehicle.
      (1)    Smoking, eating, or drinking by anyone on board.
      (2)    Use of vulgar or abusive language or fighting.
      (3)    Unnecessary talking to or distraction of an operator.
      (4)    Transporting flammable liquids, toxic materials, acids, explosives, or weapons by anyone on board.
      (5)    Any animal, other than a properly harnessed seeing-eye dog and small animals properly packaged, is prohibited from boarding.
      (6)    Intoxicated persons are prohibited from boarding.
      (7)    Playing of radios, cassette decks, recorders, musical instruments, or other such devices without earphones that limit the sound to individual use.
      (8)    Discarding of litter, except in the waste receptacle provided.
      (9)    Aisles of city transit vehicles must be kept clear and open. Items brought on board by anyone must be kept out of the aisles.
      (10)   Boarding a city transit vehicle through the rear exit door unless so directed by an employee or agent of the system.
      (11)   Standing in front of the white or yellow line marked on the forward end of the floor, or otherwise obstructing the vision of the driver.
      (12)   Any vandalism to or defacement of city transit vehicles.
   (B)    Each rider is required to pay the established fare, be it ticket, voucher, or cash. Transfers are made available to persons whose continuation of a single trip requires changing vehicles. Fares are not required on special free ride days authorized by the city. Fare evasion or abuses in the use of transfers are prohibited, and shall be cause to immediately eject the violator from the vehicle.
