§ 122.09 EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.
   (A)   The provider shall abide by all statutes of the State of Illinois and all ordinances of the city with regard to fair employment practices, and in connection with the provisions of service in the city, the provider shall not discriminate against any employee or application for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, or national origin.
   (B)   The provider shall employ only persons of good moral character and reputation, and shall conduct an investigation including fingerprinting of all prospective employees. The name and identity of each employee shall be provided to the city for its review.
