§ 122.08 MAINTENANCE.
   The provider shall carefully and reasonably use and properly maintain and keep in good repair all mass transit vehicles used pursuant to this chapter, and shall keep such normal maintenance records as may be required by the city; such records shall be available for inspection by the city.
