(A) All mass transit vehicles operated in the city shall be safe, clean, and painted to the city's specifications.
(B) All such vehicles shall be thoroughly washed, regularly kept clean, and made available for periodic inspections by the mayor's representatives.
(C) ehicles used as part of the city's public mass transportation system shall exhibit a system logo and name as determined by the city.
