§ 122.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   (A)   "MASS TRANSIT." All motor vehicles which operate within the city limits for the purpose of transporting people between 2 fixed points for a predetermined fixed fee, within the framework of a service plan approved by the city council.
   (B)   "PROVIDER." The owner of any mass transit vehicles which are providing service within the city.
