All roof towers regulated by this chapter shall be supported on all legs or supports by approved roof flanges and shall be guyed with a minimum of 3 cables at a point 25 feet below the top of the tower. If the tower is more than 70 feet tall, an additional guying with 3 cables shall be made at a point 50 feet below the top of the tower. All guy wires shall run not less than a 25° angle from such tower.
