§ 119.03 GROUND STRUCTURE OF TOWERS.
   The ground structure of radio or television antenna or aerial towers shall be as follows: towers shall have a projection of 10 feet above any building roof peak on the premises, a ground level vertical base structure over 25 feet in height. Such tower may be constructed of either wood or metal; however, no wood tower shall be constructed or maintained within the city's fire limits. Ground mounted wood towers may be erected outside such restricted district with a minimum distance of 25 feet from any dwelling.
