(A) All licenses issued pursuant to this subchapter shall expire on April 30 of each year. All renewal applications shall be submitted to the City Clerk.
(B) Any license issued by the City pursuant to this subchapter shall not be transferable, voluntarily or involuntarily.
(C) Any licensee who has a change in ownership after the maximum number of licenses are issued will be added to the waiting list as referenced in and pursuant to the requirements in § 118.091(B).
