(A) Every person engaged in the operation of an adult care facility shall pay to the city a license fee of $50 payable annually, no later than 14 days prior to expiration on April 30. The license fee shall not be prorated for any portion of a year.
(B) The license shall terminate one year from the date of issuance, and may be renewed upon expiration upon the same terms.
