§ 118.032 OPERATING STANDARDS.
   (A)   Every person having a license issued pursuant to this section shall preserve good order in and about the place for which the license was issued, and, if necessary, shall employ one or more security personnel.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a licensee to engage in or to permit any improper or disorderly conduct on the premises, or to permit any such conduct by employees of such licensee.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for the licensee, employee of such licensee or any other person to obstruct or to permit or allow an obstruction of a passageway, aisle, lobby, hallway, outer entrance, or any fire or emergency exit on the premises for which a license was issued.
   (D)   No person shall sell, use, consume, deliver, or cause to be sold, used or consumed, or delivered any alcoholic beverage, beer, wine, or liquor of any type on, in, or about the premises of any dance club.
