(A) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or similar entity desiring to own, operate, keep or maintain one of the places of amusement set forth below shall first obtain a license therefor from the City Clerk and pay the fee ascribed to such place of amusement.
(B) Places of amusement for which a license is required; fee.
(1) Bowling alley — $100;
(2) Skating rink — $100;
(3) Theater — $100; and
(4) Dance club — $100.
