For purposes of this subchapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE." Alcoholic liquor as the same is defined in ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 1-3 through 1-3.05.
"OWNER." Any person or persons having a sufficient proprietary interest in conducting the operation of a premises where alcoholic beverages are sold at retail so as to entitle such a person or persons to all or a portion of the net receipts thereof.
"RETAIL PURCHASE." Means the purchase for use or consumption and not for resale.
