§ 116.36 COLLECTION.
   Whenever any person shall fail to pay any tax as herein provided, the Corporation Counsel or other legal representative shall, upon the request of the City Comptroller, bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce the payment of the tax on behalf of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any judgment entered thereon shall include the city’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation.
