§ 114.09 USE OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TOWARD ANOTHER.
   No person while on the premises of any private parking lot shall, in the presence or hearing of another, curse or abuse such person or use any violently abusive language under circumstances reasonably calculated to provoke a breach of the peace.
