§ 114.06 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   It shall be unlawful for a person to bring on the premises of any private parking lot any alcoholic beverage or controlled substance, as defined in the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, §§ 100 et seq.), or to attempt to consume alcoholic beverages or controlled substances on such premises.
