§ 114.04 MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATION ANNOYING PATRONS.
   No person shall enter the premises of a private parking lot in or upon a motor vehicle and use such premises: for cruising; for racing; as a short cut to another street; or to annoy or endanger any person or persons or other vehicle or vehicles lawfully on such premises.
