§ 114.03 LEAVING MOTOR VEHICLES ON PREMISES WITHOUT CONSENT.

No person shall park a motor vehicle on the premises of a private parking lot and leave the premises without obtaining the consent of the owner or operator of such parking lot to leave such vehicle parked upon such premises, in the event that consent is not obtained, such motor vehicle may be impounded in the manner provided by law.
