§ 113.06 PROCEEDS DEPOSITED; DISBURSEMENTS.
   (A)   The proceeds of the tax imposed by this chapter shall be deposited in the Capital Improvement Fund of the city.
   (B)   Disbursements of the proceeds shall be for municipal purposes for capital goods, projects and improvements.
