§ 112.12 USE OF NOISE OR MUSIC TO ATTRACT ATTENTION.

If an auction is to be conducted outdoors, the auctioneer conducting such auction shall also comply with the requirements of § 118.080 of this Code of Ordinances. If any signs, flags, or similar devices are to be used in conjunction with an auction, the auctioneer shall comply with §§ 150.050 through 150.068, inclusive, of this Code of Ordinances.
