§ 112.03 REGISTRATION FEE.
   (A)   The annual fee for engaging in the business of auctioneer within the city shall be $75.
   (B)   The fee shall not be subject to pro rata reduction for a portion of a year either because of application for or because of revocation of a license. All fees are non-refundable.
