(A) The city engineer or his designated representative shall have the power and authority to enforce this chapter and to issue citations for any violation.
(B) The city shall have the right to apply to the circuit court for injunctive relief to restrain any violation of this chapter, and the city shall recover its costs therein, including reasonable attorney's fees.
(C) The remedies of the city under this chapter shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any other remedy available hereunder or at law or in equity.
