The provisions of §§ 100.85 through 100.87 shall apply to the intersections of Voorhees Street and Bowman Avenue, Voorhees Street and Griffin Street, and Vermilion Street and Winter Street, and to FAP Route 729 from Illinois Route 1 eastwardly to Kansas Street, Fairchild Street and Gilbert Street, Bowman Avenue from the north corporate limits north of Winter Avenue to I-74, Ridgeview Street from Vermilion Street to Townway Street, Newell Avenue from Vermilion Street to Townway Street, Jackson Street from Ridgeview street to Newell Avenue, and to Townway Street from North Brook Drive to Newell Avenue.
