§ 100.80 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, entity or contractor shall close or partially close, by barricading or otherwise, any public street, railroad crossing or alley for more than 15 minutes in the City without obtaining a permit from the Department. Any offender shall be punished as provided in § 100.99.
