§ 100.64 RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
   Railroads shall comply with the standards and requirements for construction and repair and traffic control as set forth in this Chapter for contractors and the following:
   (A)   Work on crossings shall be such that adjustments to top of rail elevations shall not vary by more than 1/2 inch from elevations prior to adjustments taking place. Changes in crossing elevation or configuration shall account for proper sidewalk and roadway drainage and grades. Sidewalks shall conform to the requirements of local, state, and federal requirements.
   (B)   Roadway approaches shall be butt jointed to the public roadway.
   (C)   All construction debris and materials not incorporated into the work shall be removed from the worksite prior to the conclusion of the work.
