§ 100.50 CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES.

(A) All work within the public right-of-way shall be governed by the current State of Illinois Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.

(B) Streets, sidewalks, alleys and driveways shall be set at lines and grades as determined by State and Federal law and the City Engineer or established by ordinance.
