(A) No permit shall be issued until a security according to § 100.24 has been obtained and approved by the Department.
(B) Any contractor desiring to have more than 2 construction projects in operation at one time which require the use of street or sidewalks, shall give additional security in each instance conditioned as set forth in § 100.24 for each additional project.
