§ 100.26 TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PROTECTION.
   Traffic control and protection of the public in public rights-of-ways, alleys, and places shall be according to the current State of Illinois Department of Transportation Highway Standards, the Illinois Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, the Department policies and standards, and the requirements of this Chapter.
