All work within the public right-of-way or public areas shall be guaranteed for a minimum period of 2 years except excavations restored with top soil which shall be warrantied for a period of 1 year. Pavement restorations as required in § 100.53 shall be guaranteed to remain in as good condition as the surrounding pavement until such time that the entire pavement is rehabilitated or replaced.
