(A) A permit is required for any building to be moved along any street or alley of the City. An application for the permit shall be made to the Department stating when and where the building is to be moved.
(B) The application for a permit shall be accompanied by a security according to § 100.24.
(C) On compliance with the provisions of this section, a permit shall be issued by the City Engineer.
(D) Any person moving any building on a public street or alley shall protect the public by adopting traffic control procedures approved by the City Engineer.
