§ 100.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this Chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "CITY ENGINEER." The Engineering and Urban Services Director or duly authorized employee of the City.
   "DEPARTMENT." The Department of Engineering and Urban Services.
