Licensees are responsible for keeping their premises, any property used in association with their premises, and any adjacent areas (as defined in Chapter 150), free from liquor bottles, cans, food wrappings, broken glass and other refuse. The Liquor Commissioner, or his designee, shall issue a written notice to remove such refuse. If said licensee does not cause the refuse to be removed within 24 hours, the Liquor Commissioner may revoke the subject liquor license, or take whatever other legal steps are deemed appropriate to enforce this provision.
