It shall be the duty of the owner, operator, or person in charge of any premises covered by a liquor license issued pursuant to this chapter to promptly report to the police any disturbance, riot, breach of the peace, assault, battery, or injury occurring on the premises or any property used in association with the premises covered by such license.
