§ 95.75 SEVERABILITY.
   If any section, division, sentence, clause,phrase or portion of this chapter, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional, such portions shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision and such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
