§ 95.70 SETTLEMENT.
   (A)   A settlement of any complaint for hearing, filed under this chapter, and its underlying charge or charges, may be effectuated at any time upon agreement of the parties.
   (B)   Any proposed settlement shall be submitted by the Director to the Commission for approval.
   (C)   Such settlement shall be reduced to writing, signed by the parties, and certified by the Director.
   (D)   The Commission shall determine whether to approve its terms and conditions. Approval of the settlement shall be accomplished by an order, served on the parties and the Director, in accord with the written terms and conditions of the settlement.
