(A) Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall, in addition to any other remedy allowed by this or any other chapter, be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense and punishable as above.
(B) In addition to any fines imposed pursuant to this section, the offender shall also be ordered to pay all the costs incurred by the City in prosecuting the violation, which shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the costs associated with an administrative adjudication proceeding or court proceeding and reasonable attorney's fees.
