Chapter 93 shall govern the placement and pick-up of garbage, refuse and solid waste at commercial and business locations and at multi-family residential structures with more than three (3) residential units. Chapter 52 shall govern the placement and pick-up of garbage, refuse and solid waste at single family residents and at multiple family structures with three (3) or less dwelling units.
