§ 93.12 REMOVAL OF ILLEGALLY DEPOSITED GARBAGE, REFUSE, SOLID WASTE, RUBBISH AND DEBRIS.
   No person shall allow or permit the accumulation of garbage, refuse, solid waste, rubbish, ashes or debris on property under his/her ownership or control which is not within approved receptacles.
