The following specific additions, insertions, and changes to the International Fire Code are hereby adopted:
(A) In Section 101.1 insert "City of Danville, Illinois" as the name of the jurisdiction.
(B) Section 103.3 shall be deleted in its entirety.
(C) Any reference to the Department of Fire Prevention shall mean the Danville Fire Department.
(D) Section 104.5 shall be deleted and replaced with: “The fire code official is authorized to issue such notices or orders as are required to affect compliance with this code.”
(E) Section 109 and its accompanying subsection shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with: “109 Enforcement. Enforcement of any violation of this code shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 166.”
(F) Section 112.4 shall be deleted and replaced with: “Failure to comply. Any person who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be in violation of this code.”
