§ 90.15 FEMALES IN HEAT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any female dog "in heat" to be out of doors, whether or not tied or restrained or in a fenced in yard or dog pen, during the period of time the female dog is "in heat". The dog shall be confined in a home, garage, or other similar structure in such a manner as to be unable to come into contact with another animal during the time period in which the dog is "in heat."
