§ 90.03 REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   Whenever any animal dies or is found dead in this City, the owner or person in possession shall immediately notify the Animal Control Officer and have the dead animal disposed of. Failure of the owner to properly dispose of the dead animal shall be a violation of this chapter. Failure of the owner to properly dispose of the dead animal shall also constitute an implied consent of the owner to have the Animal Control Officer, or other person properly licensed by the State, remove the dead animal at the owner’s expense.
