(A) Vehicles in the following locations shall be subject to 12-ton (24,000 pound) weight limits, which shall include the vehicle weight and any load carried upon, within, or pulled by the vehicle.

(B) The weight limits in division (A) above shall not apply to public utilities vehicles, garbage trucks, emergency vehicles, or school buses required which must enter these areas for maintenance, emergencies, or other required activities nor shall it apply to deliveries to properties located within the restricted area.
