§ 70.019 ZONES OF QUIET.
   Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating a zone of quiet, no person operating a motor vehicle within the zone shall sound the horn or other warning device except in an emergency. The zones of quiet are described in Chapter 77, Schedule II.
