§ 50.09 GARBAGE.
   No garbage, manure, or other unsanitary putrescible refuse shall be thrown into the reservoir or onto the ground at any point in Zones A or B, or in Zone C, except animal manure and commercial fertilizer for agricultural and horticultural purposes which is used in Zone C, but no garbage, manure, or other unsanitary putrescible refuse of any kind shall be kept in storage in these zones. No animal manure or commercial fertilizer for agricultural purposes shall be spread on the ground within Zones C and D in quantities which could cause or threaten objectionable pollution of the reservoirs or any tributary watercourses. No dead animal or fish or any part thereof which will result in or threaten pollution of the reservoirs or tributary watercourses shall be thrown into the reservoirs or tributary watercourses, or shall this material be thrown on the ground or buried in Zones A, B, C, or D.
