§ 50.06 DISCHARGE OF HUMAN EXCREMENT AND OTHER WASTE MATERIAL.
   No septic tank, cesspool, privy, urinal, water closet, or other place for depositing or storing human excreta shall be built or maintained within Zones A, B, or C. Any septic tank, cesspool, privy, urinal, water closet, or other place for depositing or storing human excreta situated in Zone D must comply with the plans and specifications of the local board of health or of the state department of health. No septic tank, cesspool, privy, urinal, water closet, or other place for disposing or storing human excreta shall be constructed within Zone D until written approval has been given by the company and a permit in writing issued by the board of health. House slops, sink wastes, laundry, or like wastes of any other kind shall not be discharged at any point in Zones A, B, and C. In Zone D such slops and wastes may be disposed of beneath the ground surface or in a manner which will not cause or threaten pollution of the reservoirs or any tributary watercourses.
