No buildings, or any structure whether for habitation or not, shall be built within the limits of Zones A or B except boathouses, boat landing, and other boating facilities, which are built under permits to be issued by the company and the board of health. All buildings and structures now in either of these zones shall be kept and maintained in accordance with regulations adopted by the board of health. ('64 Code, § 36-5)
